General information:
We allow a couple of trial sessions during the trial period (before 1 September / 1 February, unless otherwise specified). After that, you must submit a membership request to continue. Once the invoice is sent, you need to pay the membership fee to keep training. You also need your own access to SiO Athletica’s facilities, unless it is an open training session. Join our Spond group to register attendance (more info here).
We can lend rackets during the open training sessions. Afterwards you need to use your own equipment.
If you want to become a member, you can click on the "Medlemskap" section and select "Bli medlem" or click here for the form. Fill in the information as required. We will receive an email about your registration which we will process and send you a notice regarding payment of membership fee.
Please note: We are a student club, and we currently don't accept more non-students into the club.
Membership prices per semester (Autumn 2026):
For students:
OSI central: NOK 140
OSI Badminton: NOK 390 membership fee + 135 kr *NBF-license including injury insurance (read more here, Norwegian only)
+ NOK 20 transaction fee
For non-students:
OSI central: NOK 320
OSI Badminton: NOK 895 membership fee + 135 kr *NBF-license including injury insurance (read more here, Norwegian only)
+ NOK 20 transaction fee

Entrance to SiO Athletica's facilities is required, as we use their halls for training. Check the price list on SiO Athletica's website.
Other notes:
To start or end a SiO Athletica membership, you must contact SiO directly as OSI and SiO membership are two different memberships. As a member of SiO Athletica, you are obliged to follow their guidelines.
If you want to buy shuttles you can ask a board member, they will point you to the right person. To buy shuttles you can pay preferably by Vipps, alternatively cash.
We are selling the following types of shuttles:
RSL (Classic), MS200 Gold: 360 NOK
There are 12 shuttlecocks in each tube.
