Join our free sessions at Domus and OsloMet this spring semester 2026 (23., 30. January and 1. February )

For the spring semester 2026 we will be offering free entrance to the following sessions:

• Fridays 23rd and 30th January at Domus Athletica 
• Sunday 1st February at OsloMet, Pilestredet 50

To avoid it getting too crowded, we will be splitting the Friday sessions into two time slots, one from 4pm to 6pm and the second from 6pm to 8pm.

For sessions at Athletica, meet at the reception 10 minutes before the session starts and someone from the club will guide you in :)

For sessions at OsloMet, knock on the window roof and someone will come and open the side door.
